Financial Liabilities

Financial Liabilities for Purchase of Licence

To relieve the cost of the initial investment in the start-up of the centre, Linea Snella Co. has divided the financial liabilities for the purchase of the Linea Snella franchise license into two categories:

1. Entry Fee - which represents the contribution of the franchisee for the creation of the franchise formula. By paying the entry fee, the franchisor sells the following (under the conditions, which shall be precisely determined by the contract):

  • Franchise license for the use of the Linea Snella – Gold franchise module (as determined in the franchise preliminary contract and finally in the franchise contract).
  • The equipment necessary for the use of the Linea Snella Gold franchise module (30-70 % subvention by Linea Snella Co.).
  • All necessary courses of education and introductions for the use of the Linea Snella business system.

2. Royalty payments - which are monthly payments for the activities of the management. This liability depends on the turnover of the centre or on the number of activations of individual devices. The number of activations is automatically recorded.

When Does Investment Show a Return?

Our experience shows that investment in the franchise model is returned in 12 to 18 months at the most. This estimation is made on the basis of many years of experience in the operation of our centres with the Gold modul, where it needs to be pointed out that costs can be additionally optimized, on the basis of potential additional activities (additional program, consulting, workshops, entry fees…) are not yet incalculated into profit.

We would be pleased to present detailed calculations and parameters, which are the key to successful operation of a centre at the introductory meeting.
