Basic Parameters of the Business Premises

A recommended surface area of the business premises, which ensures the necessary spaciousness, privacy and airiness for a typical Gold module Linea Snella, is 120 to 150 m2.

Premises must be located in a business environment and not a private house, and most of all not at a highly frequented location (thus making locations in the direct vicinity of shopping malls and similar buildings inappropriate). Therefore, it must be at a location which ensures discretion to its customers, since this represents to them an important feature.

The premises must have their own parking space or the possibility of parking in the direct vicinity. The external appearance of the Linea Snella centres is already prescribed, and the internal regulation is also recommended by the franchisor.

For the premises to communicate the identity and the story of Linea Snella, it is very important that it is bright and that it enables the internal rearrangement in the way that it supports the architectural solution for the following areas:

• Reception (or reception desk with a small reception room with a desk and seats)
• Central gym space
• Separated room for the Bodywarm therapy (or screened space, offering tranquillity for the peaceful part of the method)
• Separate room for  complementary therapies
• Office for initial check-ups
• Office for consultations and measurements
• Checkroom
• Toilets (for customers and employees)
  

Basic Parameters of the Staff Requirement

The Linea Snella® method is performed in the constant presence of a female therapist who monitors a female customer during all therapies and at the same time takes regular measurements and advises on the right nutrition, the influence of the emotional dynamics on body weight, etc. as her personal consultant.

It is exactly this human factor and individual approach which is considered one of the key competitive advantages of Linea Snella, as really good results can be guaranteed only with individual profound approach. This is what significantly differentiates Linea Snella from some other slimming methods, which base a major part of their approach on individual work by customers on specialist equipment.

Despite this we have perfected the Linea Snella® method in order that it provides for minimum possible staff coverage, since we are aware that a large number of employees increases the operating costs. The staff required for the management and operation of the centre is 3 full-time employees and additionally 1 part-time, if necessary (especially at certain busy times).
